First of all.. Congrats on coming up with something so cool .The relationship between psychology and mathematics is always fascinating(game theory ), when it combines with human behaviour it becomes even more absorbing .I just wanted a few clarifications regarding whether you intend to provide recruitment or pre-recruitment services?Also,how will you account for "INSTINCT",a major player in both employer and employee behaviour and perhaps a major player in most successful ventures of the world.
I am no expert in this area. Just found the post fascinating . Please take it as clarification than criticism
